Whether you’re visiting as a one-off or parking regularly, we make it easy. Casual visitors can take a ticket at the gate and pay at a pay machine (cash or card) or at the exit (card only). Regular parkers can create an account for convenient ongoing access and easy account management.

If you park regularly at Ipswich Hospital or Ipswich Health Plaza, you can create an online UbiPark account to access our account holder daily rate. UbiPark makes it easy to manage your account online and connect your preferred payment card.

Setting up your account is easy:

- Tell us if you are a West Moreton Health employee or not
- Fill in your details
- Connect a credit or debit card to your account
Manage your account online
You can update your contact details, credit card information, and license plate numbers anytime through your online parking account. Keeping your information up to date helps ensure you receive important emails about your account and avoid potential issues when using our carparks.
Shuttle bus
West Moreton Health provides a shuttle bus, available to patients, visitors and staff. It services Ipswich, completing a circuit from the Limestone Park car park each weekday, starting at 6:00 am.
The shuttle bus stops include:
- Limestone Park carpark, Selwyn Edwards Drive
- University of Southern Queensland Ipswich Campus, Salisbury Road
- Ipswich Hospital, Chemlsford Avenue
- Hayden Centre, South Street
- Ipswich Community Dental, Limestone Street
- Ipswich Health Plaza and Ipswich Station, Bell Street
