We have transitioned to a new parking system, UbiPark, on 31 March 2026. UbiPark replaces our old ParkCharge system.
Who is affected by the system change?

When did the new system go live?
The new UbiPark system went live on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.
Why has WMHF introduced a new system?
We have introduced a new system to offer a range of benefits, including:
- A more user-friendly account management experience with improved functionality
- More flexible payment options such as pay-as-you-go on entry or a prepaid wallet balance (similar to the current platform)
- A unique QR code for back-up entry and exit if your licence plate is not recognised
How do I create an account in the new system?
- Click create UbiPark account button below
- Tell us if you are a West Moreton Health employee or not
- Fill in your details
- Connect a credit or debit card to your account
What happens if I do not create an account in the new system?
You will not have access to account holder parking rates.
You will need to take a ticket on entry and will be charged the applicable casual parking rate.
You can create a UbiPark account at any time to regain access to account holder rates.
What happens to my old account?
You will need to close your old ParkCharge account and can request a refund of any remaining balance at that time.
I have money in my old account. Will this transfer over to the new system?
No. Your ParkCharge balance will not transfer to the new UbiPark system.
The new system offers flexible payment options, including pay-as-you-go, so a prepaid balance is not required.
You can request a refund of any remaining funds when you close your old ParkCharge account.
When do I close my old account?
Please close your ParkCharge account at your earliest convenience.
How do I close my old account?
To close your ParkCharge account:
- Log in to your ParkCharge account
- Click ‘close account’
- Follow the prompts
- Any remaining balance will be automatically refunded to your credit card
Will this change affect the cost of my parking?
No. There are no changes to parking rates as part of this transition.
This change relates to the parking system only. Your current rates will remain the same.
Will this change affect my eligibility for free parking?
No. There are no changes to eligibility or access arrangements for free parking.
This change relates to the parking system only. Your existing eligibility will remain the same.
I have an after-hours access card. Will it work with the new system?
Yes. After-hours access cards will continue to operate as usual.
The opening hours of the Health Plaza are not changing. If access is needed before 6am or after 6pm on weekdays, or on weekends, an after-hours access card will still be required.
I have a manual access card (MAC). Will it work with the new system?
No. Manual access cards (MAC) are not used with the new system.
UbiPark provides a unique QR code that can be used as a back-up for entry and exit if your licence plate is not recognised.
If you are presently using a MAC, please return it to the carpark office and if a deposit has been paid for the card it will be refunded.
